Almost 30,000 people camped out for this year's Lockn' Music Festival, and they weren't disappointed as they got to listen to some good ole' tunes from country music legend, Willie Nelson.

While he serenaded music lovers with 'Georgia on my mind,' everyone seemed more than okay with the music legend's first ever performance in Nelson County.

The second annual Interlocking Music Festival brought out fans by the thousands, all camping out for 4 straight days of nothing but music.

'It's a music centric festival, it's all about the bands, which is why we only have one band play at a time,' said co-founder Dave Frye.

Festival goers came in all sizes, hair colors, and dance rhythms. All in all everyone just seemed to have a good ole time.

'It's great, I haven't met a single jerk, everybody here is happy, they've done a great job, nelson county rocks,' Dave Hickle from Esmont, Virginia.

There were a lot of vendors that sold beer and wine among other things, but 'Sober Lockn'' was there for those fighting personal battles with sobriety.

'We create an environment where people who want to come to the festival and enjoy all the fun,' said Sean Brickell. 'But maybe they're struggle with alcoholism or addiction problems, so they come here and be in a safe place, they can go home with the same sobriety date and have a great time.'

No matter what favorite band anybody had from the four day Lockn' Festival, everybody stopped what they were doing to listen to some of Willie Nelson's greatest hits, from Whiskey River to Stardust.

'Willie Nelson's an icon, Willie's gonna do it his way, there is nothing about Willie that nobody doesn't know,' said Brickell. 'He's completely open about who Willie is, he's one of the music greats of all time and God bless Willie Nelson.'

'The fact that he's here, puts a stamp of approval on this festival,' said Mike Greenhouse, the editor of Relix Magazine.
