Michael Feurer is the new CEO of Trans World Entertainment, replacing Bob Higgins. Feurer has over 20 years of executive retail experience.
Ultra Music Festival has hired former Miami Beach Police Chief Ray Martinez as Security Director. This is a response to questions about the safety of last year's festival, and safety at electronic music festivals in general. Ultra is also making next year's festival 18+.
Sadly, five member K-pop group Ladies' Code was involved in a fatal car accident. The van the group was traveling in crashed into a guardrail. Group member EunB (Go Eun-bi) was killed in the accident and two other members were hospitalized.
